NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE OF PERSONAL PROPERTY

ON WRIT OF EXECUTION

By virtue of a Writ of Execution issued out of the Circuit Court of the State of Oregon for the County of Wallowa, in the case of Vincent Shevham and Pretina Shevham, plaintiffs and Byrde Lynn Hill, aka Byrde Lynn Hill Baxter, and Carpe Diem Farm, LLC, defendants, Case No. 09-08-13211, together with written instructions, to me directed, commanding me to sell all of the right, title, interest and claim of the defendants in and to certain personal property, on the 31^st day of May, 2011, I levied on the defendants right, title, interest and claim in and to the following described personal property:

Notice is hereby given that I will on the 13^th day of June, 2011, at 12 o’clock noon, at the Chief Joseph Days Rodeo Grounds on Hurricane Creek Road, Joseph in Wallowa County and State of Oregon, sell the right, title, interest and claim of the defendants in the above-described personal property to the highest bidder for cash, in hand, at public auction.

SALE WILL BE SUBJECT TO ANY AND ALL PRIOR LIENS.
